About the Role:

Adcom Worldwide is looking for a driven and detail-oriented International Operations specialist to join our Air Freight team in Sacramento, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of global logistics, managing time-sensitive shipments and keeping the world connected. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage international air freight shipments from origin to destination

Prepare and process export/import documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, and customs entries

Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, and carriers to ensure timely movement of cargo

Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, or compliance issues

Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs compliance, and TSA security requirements

Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate shipment updates and solutions

Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of inbound and outbound freight

Requirements:

Prior experience in international air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics operations

Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs compliance procedures

Familiarity with freight management systems and carrier portals

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with global partners

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

IATA or Customs Broker license a plus

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $57,000.00 per year
