Manufacturing Production Associate

We are seeking Manufacturing Production Associates at International Paper! Here are the details:
Starting wage is $20.60.
After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $22.46-$26.40. Rate of pay is based on job placement.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm (Limited Openings)
3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
*Overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) for approximately three weeks. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.
The Job You Will Perform :
Follow safety policies and procedures
Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
Reading factory orders
Utilize basic shop math, such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
Consistent quality and count inspection of product
Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
Ability to work overtime as needed
