TheMarion, OHcontainer plant is currently seeking motivated candidates for positions in production to join our team. Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Candidates must successfully complete testing, interview, pre-employment drug screening, physical, background check and employment verification. Starting rate for entry-level positions is $19.97 /hr. Upon completion of our probationary period rate of pay is up to $23.34.

The Marion, Ohio corrugated packaging facility is undergoing exciting growth as we transition to a 24/7 operation. We will be going to a 12-hour shift rotation with a requirement to work every other weekend. There will be no mandatory overtime assigned but voluntary overtime may be available.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Be able or willing to operate machines
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
