    Medical Assistant International Pediatrics currently needs Medical Assistants to assist our providers in delivering health care to patients. In this role, you should be highly competent in operating office equipment and maintaining medical records, along with solid computer skills. You will also be required to collect patient information and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure, EKG, and weight. The Medical Assistant is responsible for helping clinicians diagnose and treat illnesses. The goal is to help our company provide high-quality medical care to our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet patients and provide comprehensive pre-exam instructions.

    Maintain patient records in electronic and paper form.

    Perform routine pre-operative tests for new patients.

    Assist physicians during exams and surgeries (i.e., taking patient’s temperature, BP, etc.).

    Attend to patients during their stay to ensure they are comfortable (i.e., handing out medicine, changing bed linen, etc.).

    Control medical equipment to maintain patient record confidentiality (e.g., updating patient info).

    They are cleaned, maintained, and sterilized medical instruments and equipment.

    Provide first aid to patients before the arrival of paramedics.

    Perform other duties as assigned by the physician.

    Pay: $18.00 - $21. 00 per hour
