Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized International Processing & Accounting Data Amalyst to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing international shipment processing, tracking, and preparation for the Department of State, as well as managing accounting functions including cost collection, variance analysis, and Syncada processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare international shipments, including documentation, compliance checks, and coordination for Department of State freight.
• Track shipments proactively and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all shipment records.
• Manage accounting functions related to international shipments, including cost collection and variance analysis.
• Process invoices and manage freight payment systems within Syncada.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and government partners to resolve billing, cost discrepancies, or shipment issues.
• Maintain organized records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Support the team with additional international logistics and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in international freight forwarding or logistics operations is required.
• Prior experience with Department of State shipments or government logistics is highly preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge with an understanding of cost collection and variance analysis.
• Experience using Syncada is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
