Description
Grace Design International is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our International Projects Studio in downtown Orlando. Formerly known as HHCP Design International Inc., a Global Planning and Design Firm, our studio has delivered projects in 36 countries, contributing to complex, large-scale developments around the globe. This position plays a critical role in leading design efforts, managing teams, and coordinating documentation on impactful international projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead international project teams from programming through detailed design and documentation.
- Manage coordination with consultants and internal production staff to meet project milestones and design goals.
- Oversee quality control and technical accuracy of deliverables using Revit® and BIM workflows.
- Collaborate with studio leaders on project strategy, design direction, and client communications.
- Engage in occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Required Skills
- Accredited degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred; NCARB certification desirable.
- 5+ years of professional experience with large-scale, complex architecture projects.
- Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit® and BIM platforms.
- International project experience or interest in global work is a plus.
