Sales Associate for International Company Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: - Have great communication skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Resourceful - Be the primary contact person for the assigned distributors and dealers in the territory. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of all manufacturers' lines represented and serve as the primary interface for order entry, sales management and the financial status of the brands. - Expand sales of existing accounts through sales training and other methods. - Some travel required. - Achieve a level of technical expertise with the brands and possess the ability to conduct product introductions and entry level trainings and in English and Spanish. - Manage paperwork flow of dealer/distributors applications, orders, and other correspondence. - Oversee the collection and presentation of sales figures for the manufacturers and prepare presentations for sales meetings. - Sign and honor a confidentiality agreement with regard to account information, distributor information, and the style and manner of business of the company. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will be committed to working collaboratively with a small team, have a vested interest in Latin America, and be knowledgeable and experienced in the realm of sales management and representation. ** Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
