    About Us

    Toennies USA Inc was founded in 2019, in the Chicagoland area, and operates as a trading division for the Tönnies Group serving the LATAM & Caribbean markets. We are expanding our international footprint and looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our business development efforts across Central America.

    Job Summary

    As an International Sales Representative for Central America, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the region. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a results-driven mindset in both English and Spanish.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business in Central America.

    Identify new market opportunities and potential clients in the region.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and direct customers.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.

    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners.

    Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

    Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, marketing, and finance.

    Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    Minimum 3 years of international sales experience in the meat industry with an active client portfolio.

    Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development in Central America.

    Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

    Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Willingness to travel internationally up to 5% of the time.

    Familiarity with Central American trade regulations and market dynamics.
