    SR. SALES REP - INDUSTRIAL TESTING EQUIPMENT

    This person will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities. The candidate is professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time.

    • Researching and qualifying prospects
    • Conducting phone calls with potential leads
    • Seeking out new business opportunities
    • Manage full sales cycle; from Prospecting outreach to close
    • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients and their decision makers
    • Communicate details of client needs to Operations team
    • Build relationships with existing clients
    • Manage and grow existing business
    • Additional projects as assigned by management

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Be able to travel up to 50% time

    Above all else, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills

    Bachelor's Degree coupled with at least three (3) years of successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets

    Business-to-business (B2B) experience is preferred

    Experience with CRM applications

    Must be focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

    Ability to work across departments to achieve an end goal

    Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

    Strong business sense and industry expertise
