    Job Description

    Reporting directly to the International Tax Manager, this position will be involved in all aspects of U.S. international tax, including tax compliance, income tax accounting and reporting. The position requires a basic knowledge of U.S. international tax and an ability to work with the Company’s global finance representatives.

    Primary Responsibilities: ****

    • Prepare U.S. international Forms 5471, 8858, 8992 and 8975, and supporting workpapers including E&P, lookthrough, Schedule M and GILTI.
    • Prepare the annual rebranding fee calculation and assist with the invoicing
    • Review the monthly international tax reporting package for foreign entities
    • Prepare the quarterly and annual CFC rate reconciliation schedule
    • Prepare the quarterly and year-end Subpart F, rebranding income, GILTI analyses, foreign source income and FIN48 schedule
    • Research international tax issues at a moderate level of complexity
    • Assist with the preparation of annual U.S. transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions
    • Work on special projects with Manager – Accounting, Reporting and Compliance.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education

    BS Degree in Accounting, or Finance

    Experience

    1-3 plus years of experience in public accounting or multinational internal tax department

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CPA, or Advance Degree a plus

    • Fundamental working knowledge of, and experience with, international tax research and compliance software including Checkpoint, Orbitax, and ONESOURCE

    • Basic understanding of U.S. international tax principles a plus

    • Basic understanding of U.S. domestic tax principles a plus

    • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills

    • Acts proactively, takes charge, responds with a sense of urgency, and drives execution throughout the organization

    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision

    • Ability to multi-task.
