    • Innovation. You’ll have the freedom to implement new ideas, adopt advanced technology tools, and leverage AI-enabled tax solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance accuracy.

What You Will Lead and Achieve

    • Transition and strengthen an existing portfolio of international tax clients within the first 12 months.
    • Lead international tax consulting and compliance engagements, including Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, PFIC, and foreign structuring matters.
    • Grow the international tax practice through strategic client development and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to expand technical capability and leadership depth within the practice.
    • Integrate technology, data analytics, and AI-supported systems to improve accuracy, insights, and client communication.

    What You Bring

    • Active CPA license and at least 10 years of progressive public accounting experience, ideally with a large local, regional, or national firm.
    • Expertise in U.S. international tax laws, reporting, and planning, including deep familiarity with key forms such as 1120F, 5471, 5472, 1118, 8865, 8858, and 8992/8993.
    • Proven success in leading complex client engagements and managing teams.
    • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership, business development, and mentoring skills.
    • A collaborative mindset with strong technical curiosity and an interest in continuous improvement.
