Function:
The primary job of a Customer Service Representative at ITL is to assist our customers in shipping and receiving freight that goes through our warehouse. As a CSR you will be responsible for talking to customers daily and keeping them up to date with their shipments. Every day on the job is different which makes for a very exciting work environment.
Duties:
Communicate with carriers and truckers about shipments and their status
Communicate with customers to add inbound/outbound orders
Coordinate with the warehouse to ship correct product & orders
Assist in resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
High school diploma (college preferred)
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Ability to work with a team
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with computers and systems
Experience in Logistics preferred!
