What your workday will look like:
Working closely with the founder to both implement existing processes and create new ones around creative production, sales, hiring, training and more.
Since starting this agency in 2020, Internet Adventures has gained many clients via word of mouth… Jumping from one project to another, raising rates, getting triple digit improvements in ROI, even running ads for a presidential candidate this January. But in the midst of that there hasn't been much time to lay the foundation for building a larger company and team.
Your first focus will be to help with “getting organized” - first helping the CEO do more with limited time & focus. Then documenting and revising existing processes so future employees can start work with an idea of exactly how to achieve excellent results for clients. And then finally - implementing these new processes (e.g. casting actors for ads, hiring video editors, reviewing footage, communicating with clients).

- Manage email for the CEO
- Manage calendar & meeting schedule for the CEO
- Work with the founder to revise existing processes and draft new ones
- Implement new and revised processes yourself after - to see what needs to be changed.
- Step in with basic tasks around hiring such as filtering job applications, reference checks, setting up first interviews
- Competitor research (researching what ads our clients competitors are running on Meta & Tiktok)
- Casting actors for videos
- Collaborating with editors to produce videos based on existing specifications
- Help with quality control for ad campaigns and ad creatives (be a second set of eyes to make sure work is up to spec)
- Following up with the CEO to make sure he's on track and on task for key deadlines
Requirements:
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- At least three years experience supporting an entrepreneur or c-level executive
- Demonstrated expertise in some form of project management or organization
- At least two references that will speak positively about you
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in google suite
- Available during business hours central time
