Primary Objectives:
- Support the CEO and CMO in a marketing assistant capacity
- Serve as an additional point of contact for client concerns and needs
- Manage meeting preparation, including reporting and agenda creation
- Attend meetings, take notes, and coordinate action items for team members
- Ensure prompt follow-ups with clients and team members, using effective communication with clients
- Oversee task management to guarantee timely service delivery and client updates
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
- Utilize analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) and assist with project completion and report completion

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:
- Address client questions and requests quickly and efficiently with the team
- Monitor accounts to ensure budget adherence and client satisfaction
- Produce progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to identify and solve client challenges
