Position: Internet Sales (BDC) Agent / Used Car Buyer
Location: Berman Infiniti of Chicago (60618)
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 12PM-8PM; Saturday: 9AM-6PM

Pay: $41,600 Salary + Bonuses!
Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000-$60,000+

Must be able to work the exact schedule listed

We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and hard-working individual to join our Used Car Buying Center. No prior experience is required! If you can learn quickly, work efficiently, and communicate well, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Automotive knowledge is preferred.

Our BDC/Used Car Buyer will focus on reaching out to customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting our buying team. You’ll gain hands on experience with industry tools like vAuto and learn the entire process of acquiring pre-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily
• Send and manage 200+ text messages daily
• Schedule and confirm vehicle purchase appointments
• Use and learn industry tools, including vAuto
• Assist in the purchasing process of used vehicles
• Maintain organized, accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide excellent communication and customer service at every stage

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (will eventually be required to drive purchased vehicles)
• Comfortable with high-volume phone, text, and CRM activity
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and follow proven processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
