Bemidji Chrysler Center is hiring an Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating by phone and online, and guiding shoppers through the first steps of the vehicle-buying process.

The Internet Sales Consultant will work with customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, online inquiries, and in-person visits. You will help answer questions, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and provide a professional customer experience from the first point of contact through the dealership visit.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, dependable, and comfortable using technology. Previous sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Follow up with prospective customers in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Help customers with questions about vehicles, availability, pricing, and the buying process
• Use dealership software and CRM tools to track customer communication
• Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Help create a welcoming experience for both online and in-person shoppers

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced dealership environment

Job Type

Full-time

Compensation: $3,500 - $6,000 per month

Competitive pay based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
