We are looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between the Business Development Center (BDC) and the showroom sales team, ensuring seamless communication, consistent follow-up, and a world-class buying experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary link between the BDC and the in-store sales team.
Manage all CRM tasks to ensure leads are tracked, updated, and completed on time.
Ensure every internet lead is followed up on promptly and professionally.
Answer incoming internet leads and customer calls as needed, providing timely and helpful responses.
Monitor sales team activity in the CRM to ensure accountability and accuracy.
Coordinate communication between departments to avoid gaps in the customer journey.
Support sales team members by providing lead insights, appointment details, and customer history.
Assist in developing strategies to maximize internet sales opportunities.
Maintain strong product knowledge and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, or internet sales management.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating a smooth, positive buying process.
