Job Description

The Auberge Resorts internship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the world of luxury hospitality. As a Rooms Intern training, you will have the opportunity to begin your career the same way that many of our Auberge leaders began their hospitality journey.

The program consists of work experience and professional development opportunities that are intended to prepare you for postgraduate opportunities.

Rooms | Front Office Intern

• Gain experience in guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge services.

• Learn about reservation systems and assist in managing guest inquiries.

• Rooms | Housekeeping Intern

  • Learn about the standards of cleanliness and presentation in a luxury hotel.
  • Assist in housekeeping operations and quality control.

• Human Resources | Talent & Culture Intern

  • Gain insights into recruitment, employee relations, and training programs.
  • Assist in HR processes and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or culinary program or recent graduate.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in luxury dining.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
