Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage with patients, providing them with personalized consultations that engage, educate, and inspire them to start their chiropractic journey with us • Build trust and rapport with each new patient through effective communication, active listening, and empathy • Craft a unique and unforgettable patient experience that surpasses expectations and prompts patients to enthusiastically share their positive experience with others • Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment plan recommendations and make sure they understand the holistic benefits of maintenance care • Collaborate closely with the client care team to ensure a seamless and cohesive patient experience Qualifications: • 1+ years of either retail, sales, or heavy customer-facing role is a plus • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for educating others • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset • Efficient and reliable time management abilities • Genuine empathy and a natural ability to connect with others • High energy and ability to maintain focus while transitioning between appointments • Enthusiasm for engaging in frequent interactions with people • Previous experience or strong interest in health, wellness, and holistic approach Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
