Responsibilities: • Communicate frequently to help strengthen prospective relationships • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Frequently host open houses to increase your network Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Real Estate License (We can help you get one!) • Sales experience helpful Compensation: $100,000 + at plan Commission
