Responsibilities: • Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions • Research and analyze markets, neighborhoods, and opportunities • Build successful relationships through marketing and community outreach • Communicate clearly and effectively • Focused time on Prospecting, contacting potential clients, follow-up, and setting appointments Qualifications: • Ambitious Self Starter with a Strong work ethic • Relentless commitment to self-improvement and excellence • A bachelor's degree is preferred • A real estate license is expected( if not, we can help you with this). • Contributor/Giver…not just a taker • Excellent Communication Skills and Relentless Follow-up • Ability to Start with ambition and finish strong with character Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 yearly
