We’re looking for a hard-working landscaper/Maintenance/General laborer to join our team. You’ll follow the instructions of the crew leader to take care of our customer’s landscaping needs including mowing, raking, mulching, edging, fertilizing, pruning, and overall lawn care and maintenance duties. This is a part-time weekend position. Applicants should be team players with industry experience who are proud of a job well done. Responsibilities: • Keep flower beds looking pristine with a sprinkler or irrigation system • Write daily reports of work completed • Work with fellow crew members to complete landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance • Make sure lawn care, groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance duties are completed including mulching, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, raking, edging, and pruning • Place Open House signage at intersections using a company truck • Installing and maintaining For Sale signs at our listings • Performing property cleanup • Making dump runs • Performing general manual labor Qualifications: • In good physical condition with excellent health • Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site • Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Experience with heavy equipment a plus Compensation: $23.50 - $26.50 hourly
