Located in New York City, we are recruiting for a Wellness Manager who will collaborate with all global offices of our client working with all staff populations managing content, resources and information.

Reporting to the Director of Training & Development, Benefits and Human Resources, this individual will the assess current programs and develop strategies to identify and implement methods to increase employee engagement, build awareness and promote skills and behavior that enhance well-being. In addition, this person will identify tools and resources related to the four wellness categories: emotional, financial, physical and social.

Our client is looking for an individual with strong project management skills who has worked with wellness programs and who can manage budgets.We are looking for someone who has experience collaborating with global staff.Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of related experience are required.
