Immediate hire for a Business Development Manager - Investment Funds, who will develop, execute and promote marketing and business development programs. Key objectives are to generate revenues through a focused and coordinated approach to business development activities including profile raising, pitching, and market research in support of the practice group’s efforts. The position will coordinate closely with international colleagues and other marketing team members on global cross-selling efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies and efforts across offices to define and deliver the business development strategy
Develop tailored RFP’s, pitches and other presentations, conduct research, create financial analysis and provide other marketing support as required
Assist in the development and tracking of marketing plans and marketing budgets, individual partner plans and targeted business development initiatives
Coordinate with Marketing Communications and BD colleagues on the drafting of submissions for directory and research guides and identification and tracking awards and specific practice group directory submissions
Identify, plan and execute in-house client events, external speaking engagements, events and conferences
Work with the firm’s Marketing Communications team to develop and implement external communications and media opportunities including speaking and by-lined article opportunities and thought leadership opportunities
Coordinate with Marketing & BD team and other administrative departments on cross-selling opportunities and initiatives.
