Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Helper - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

As a Sheet Metal Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the installing, repairing, and maintaining Commercial HVAC/R systems. Responsibilities include assisting with:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems
• Weld and fabricate sheet metal components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: -

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Experience in field service or a related industry
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication of sheet metal components
• Familiarity with air conditioning, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and appliance repair
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in changing climate and weather conditions including the ability to lift heavy equipment is necessary to ensure success in this role.
