Interstate Advanced Materials is hiring a full-time LAMP Stack Developer in our Sacramento office. Established in 1980, Interstate Advanced Materials is a multi-location distributor and fabricator for performance plastics with nine branches in seven states. Responsibilities include: - Be on-site at our Sacramento HQ in a small and very fast-moving development team. - Collaborate and communicate regularly and effectively within the team, and with stakeholders, about project goals, requirements, milestones, and roadblocks. - Create solutions that you can show will work within our LAMP environments in AWS, but engage in the freedom to solve problems in novel ways. - Demonstrate ownership over your work, and be ready to augment and extend it as the needs of the business continue to evolve. Requirements: - Experience as a full-stack developer, with strong skills in at least one layer. - Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong competency in SQL (TSQL / MySQL). - Experience with Syspro data would be most ideal - Experience with PHP or a desire to adopt PHP. - Experience with Bootstrap / native Javascript / jQuery are strongly desired. - Be highly creative, highly collaborative, and a problem solver.
