Must have a NMLS license in at least one of the following states: NY, NJ,CT,AZ,CAL,TX,NC,SC,GA,AL,ME,DC,WI,OR,WA,MI, IO,TN,FL,CO,IL,MD,NH,OH,RI,PA. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to recommend loan products and services.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of mortgage loan programs and company products.
• Obtain, validate, and secure financial and credit data to qualify clients.
• Manage client pipeline for consistent service levels.
• Assist clients in completing applications and complying with regulations.
