Job Description
We are looking to hire an Accountant with at least 3-5 years of experience -This is an In Office role only. They must be an expert at accounting procedures, and have had an education in Accounting. We are hiring and will require references. It would be great to hire someone that is already in the Freight Industry. We currently use NetCHB as our Operating System.
Daily Accounting duties:
Accounts Payable – Domestic & Foreign Transactions (over 100 Vendors)
Accounts Receivable – Domestic & Foreign Transactions
Customer Relations
Collections – Responsible for collecting from over 100 Customers
Accounts Payable and Receivable Contra
Heavy Manual Entry for Payables (over 100 Lines)
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Processing Credit Card Payments
Processing Bi-Weekly Salary and Reconciling with ADP
Excel, CSV, Quickbooks
Professional Skills:
Excellent English and Writing Skills (English must be primary language)
Good Interpersonal Skills and Professional
Self Learner and Excellent at Operating Systems
Proactive
Detail Oriented
Excellent organization skills
Understanding that all work needs to be completed Daily
Salary or Hourly
Hours are 8-5PM Monday to Friday in Office only.
They must be local or close to our address.
