    Job Description

    This posting is for an individual with strong overall I.T. skills. Candidate will be able to setup & maintain various I.T. related systems including Windows PCs, web-based applications, and the local office network environment. Light troubleshooting support for a small office of 5 users. Aside from I.T. duties, candidate will also be responsible for office administrative duties including clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. Applicant will work closely with the current Office I.T. Administrator to become proficient in the processes & systems currently in use within the company. Candidate will be Technologically Literate & comfortable learning new concepts to support day-to-day operations within the Company.

    Job will include a mix of duties split between I.T. oriented operations & general office administration as outlined below.

    I.T. MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform scheduled I.T. Hardware & PC Updates on Office PC's
    • Basic Trouble shooting of office I.T. hardware & software issues, including remote Office Staff using Windows PC, HP Inkjet Printers & Android Phones
    • Maintain employee phones using Hexnode Mobile Device Management App. Setup & distribute new phones as needed
    • Track field equipment using various online Tracking Solution providers
    • Maintain Geo-Fences for heavy equipment using JDLink, Komtrax, Holt & US Fleet Tracking apps
    • Setup & maintain security hardware including cameras & GPS trackers at various job site locations
    • Update Safety Talk info on weekly basis using ProntoForms Mobile Forms app
    • Assist I.T. Administrator with maintenance of I.T. Asset List, including I.T. Hardware & Software Licenses

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain office supply inventories
    • Conduct new hire appointments
    • Create & maintain Process Documentation for various systems & tasks performed by remote office employees
    • Coordinate Equipment moves between job sites using 3rd party hauler/transportation providers
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in I.T. support of a small office or other related fields
    • Extensive Experience with setup & maintenance of Windows / Microsoft Office environments. Additional experience with online apps a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Bi-Lingual / Spanish Speaking ability a plus

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Reliable Transportation - Weekly travel within DFW Area required
    • Key Holder Position - candidate must be comfortable with the responsibility of securing company property
