    Job Description

    Interstellar Aviation is one of the fastest growing private aviation brokerage in the U.S. The company’s primary focus is to arrange private travel logistics services to High Net-worth, C level, VIP & Entertainment travelers. Interstellar Aviation is quickly becoming a leader in the industry by tailoring bespoke travel experiences specific to the need at hand. We are looking to expand our sales initiatives in the Greater New York area and therefore need an ambitious Sales Executive to bring us to the next level.

    The Sales Executive will be an apex predator, equal parts ambitious and hardworking, who brings with them a positive and professional attitude. They will work closely with the entire Sales Executive team, and Senior Management to create, and support sales initiatives that target the private jet marketplace. The ideal candidate will be driven and focused with a proven background in business development, and lead generation.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute short and long-term sales goals in coordination with company sales objectives.
    • Call on new potential accounts, set client visits, educate and inform third party resellers on our service.
    • Insides sales follow up duties, mailings, emails and new client initiation (cold calls).
    • Relentless Follow-up up on new sales leads.
    • Discover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects.
    • Convert pre-qualified leads in several databases to new clients.
    • Prepare proposals, quotes and provide information to ultimately win and attain trip contracts.
    • Build long-term relationships by exceeding customer expectations for future sales.
    • Escort new accounts sold in your territory on flights when appropriate.
    • Co-hosting demonstrations of flights and plane visits for qualified clients.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years of commission-based sales experience, preferably selling to ultra hi-net-worth individuals, C level executives, Finance, and Entertainment professionals.
    • Hospitality/Sales/Entertainment experience desired.
    • Impeccable verbal & written communication skills.
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Flexible Work Schedule (Some after-hours availability may be required).
    • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
