Title: Interventional Radiologist

Location: Bronx, NY

Duration: 1 Year

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M – F)

Summary:

The client is seeking highly qualified Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Radiologists to provide comprehensive on-site Interventional Radiology services to our veteran population. This is a long-term federal contract opportunity with stable scheduling and the chance to serve those who have served our nation.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Provide on-site Interventional Radiology physician services in accordance with VA guidelines and patient care standards.

· Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including vascular, non-vascular, and image-guided interventions.

· Ensure timely patient evaluations, consult completions, and order fulfillment in compliance with VA Rules & Regulations.

· Supervise and collaborate with VA residents, fellows, and medical staff as appropriate.

· Accurately document all patient care in VA electronic medical records.

· Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with VA healthcare delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

· MD or DO degree.

· Active state medical license.

· Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR).

· National Provider Identifier (NPI).

· Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.

· AHA BLS certification (required).

· AHA ACLS certification (required).
