Seek experienced Loan Documentation professional for commercial bank located in Lodi, CA.

The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist III is Foresponsible for preparing commercial loan documents and some consumer loan documents using LaserPro software, which requires knowledge of entity structures and documentation accurately.

The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist:

 Prepares commercial loan documents

 Funds/closes real estate transactions with title companies

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. required  4 or more years of experience in preparing commercial loan documents  Must have experience in using various computer systems and applications, or be proficient in using banking related PC applications in a Microsoft Windows environment
