Job Description

We seek an experienced real estate loan closer for commercial bank located in Lodi, CA. Excellent annual salary (up to $90,000) and benefits, depending on experience.

The R. E. Loan Closer position is an experienced level position responsible for closing consumer and commercial real estate loans. The incumbent will work closely with title companies and branch personnel to obtain missing/incomplete items to facilitate loan closings. Knowledge of documents and real estate loan closings is required. The individual should be a quick learner and be able to identify loan approval requirements, loan operations procedures, as well as know loan laws and regulations.

Also required:

Successful completion of a credit history check is a condition of employment

Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. required

7 or more years of experience closing real estate loans
