    Job Description

Integrating this data allows call takers, dispatchers, and first responders to make more informed decisions, respond quickly and safely, and ultimately serve their communities better with solutions that: * Enhance situational awareness for police as they respond, allowing for quicker and safer outcomes * Relay medical data to EMTs en route so they can provide personalized, lifesaving treatment * Communicate with multiple agencies across jurisdictions for a well-coordinated response in large-scale emergency incidents, such as chemical spills, natural disasters, and active shooter situations Intrado is looking to hire a Client Support Trainer to join our ECaTS Safety Solutions team. Essential Duties: * Prepare and professionally conduct training for new and current customers utilizing established training materials and methods in accordance with established policies and procedures * Prepare for training by doing practice presentations, and reviewing documentation * Observe where trainees are experiencing difficulty and take instructional steps to clarify information * Strive to enhance the department's relationship with customers, ensuring the highest quality, responsive service possible is provided * Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the results of training * Understand and support all departmental operating policies and procedures relating to business procedures, philosophies, and conduct * Stay apprised of all changes to policies and procedures ensuring all changes are incorporated into training materials and sessions in a timely manner * Utilizing data and results from various reports evaluate training methodology effectiveness * Assist in trial calls to ensure effectiveness of purchased system * Prepare reports on all training activities and submit them after each training a required by policy * Establish an excellent working relationship with each customer and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service provided * Place a high priority on responding to inquiries regarding customer support training issues Education: * High school diploma or GED required * Associate degree in education, communications, or computer networks preferred Experience: * 3+ years 9-1-1 dispatching experience required * 3+ years of technical/end-user training, technical training material development, technical support, telephony systems, networking experience required * 1-year training experience preferred * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required * Basic knowledge of Power 9-1-1 software (e.g., Power MAP, Power MIS, Power Viper, etc.) preferred * Ability to travel 75% or more of the time may be required * Advanced Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, etc.) preferred Benefits & Compensation Want to love where you work?
