Intrepid Homes is a newly formed startup based in Boston, MA. We are rethinking the skilled trades, an industry that has barely changed in the last 100 years. Hiring contractors to do even simple residential projects is a frustrating process of trial and error in a fragmented market. A primary cause of this is the dangerous shortage of skilled tradespeople in the U.S. — the result of long-term trends that have pushed younger workers away from blue collar jobs.

At Intrepid, we are building a scalable technology engine to provide a better experience for both consumers and workers.

YOU

Intrepid Homes is growing rapidly and needs new members in our product and operations teams! You have an analytical mind and want to put it in overdrive. If you aren't working on something, you are bored. You thrive on change. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as on the phone with a potential customer and as at ease talking to a truck driver or an executive. You're willing to roll up your sleeves and jump into a startup in nearly any capacity as we grow. You are just as happy working on an analytical project as you are running out on business errands. SOME THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Help incorporate customer feedback into our product roadmap
• Assist in building models and analyses to test assumptions and drive iteration
• Help define our nascent customer happiness team
• Test and provide feedback on software product usability
• Assist in creating content for use in marketing, fundraising, or training
