Purpose
Assist project manager and quality assurance manager in the planning, management, customer satisfaction, and financial success of construction project tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and discretion on a regular or frequent basis.
· Utilize and assist less experienced staff in understanding technical policies and procedures during the execution of projects for clients.
At the Operational and Company Level
· May assist senior level staff or management with clients and agencies,?subcontractors, and design teams on moderately complex project issues.

· Fulfill requirements for project coordination.
· Work with senior level engineers,?clients and agencies,?subcontractors,?and design teams on moderately complex engineering project issues.
· Send/manage/maintain project management documents and schedules.?
· Assist in the preparation of change orders and contracts.?
· Assist in project submittals, RFI’s and punch list management.?
· Assist with the safety log oversight, warranty review and procurement, editing pictures and putting together and developing final quality assurance reports.?
· Assist in training and assigning work to junior engineers.?
· Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.

Your qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, building construction management technology, construction engineering, management or related field.
· Three to five (3-5) years of experience working in the construction industry.?
· CPM scheduling experience and estimating experience beneficial.
· Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.?
· Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
