OVERVIEW

We are looking for a versatile candidate for our Colorado Springs office with a background in finance who has technical skills to help our customers with a wide variety of questions and issues. If you have a strong work ethic, like to research complex financial topics, and would enjoy working directly with developers and financial analysts, this role may be your next opportunity. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with internal teams and our external customers, solve customer requests and concerns, maintaining professional candor and exceptional support.
• Leverage internal tools to fix complex data issues related to the financial industry, such as corporate SEC filings and stock market pricing.
• Assist development team with data quality tasks.
• Use your excellent researching skills to locate information and report back to clients on your findings.
• Work with development team on tools and solutions to better help our customers with their data needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in finance and experience working with technology startups
• A desire to grow and learn new skills
• Excellent written communication
• Strong Computer skills, including Office, Chrome, and ability to learn about APIs (we're more than happy to train the right candidate)
• Customer service experience
• While a degree is not required, general knowledge of accounting best practices and experience working in an office setting are.
• Must be a self starter who works will with limited supervision.
