Full Time, Remote OK, Preference given to candidates in FL 

Intrinio is looking for a technical writer with an engineering background and strong communication skills to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing documentation, onboarding materials and user guides, video scripts, and additional how-to content. This role will work closely with sales, support, and development teams to identify and fill gaps with relation to product knowledge for both the customers and the internal teams.  

Key Skills 

• An interest in writing. 
• Engineering, Computer Science, or Development background. 
• Detail-oriented, ability to work with minimal oversight and meet timelines and other demands. 
• At least 2 years of experience writing product or API documentation, user onboarding guides, sales materials, and video scripts. Preferably at a Fintech, Tech, or SaaS company or startup.  
• Understanding of APIs as well as popular programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Ruby. 
• The ability to work closely with sales and support teams to ensure client success. 
• An understanding of the client lifecycle from trial through adoption and the ability to communicate effectively at each stage.

Responsibilities 

• Write thorough product documentation and additional content for every phase of the customer journey to ensure the successful adoption of Intrinio technology. 
• Assist sales and support teams by identifying gaps in customer knowledge and building the content to bridge the gaps. 
• Create a feedback loop between yourself, sales, and support, to determine the effectiveness of content created, as well as to identify areas for improvement.

• They will report to the Director of Marketing.
