Production Assistant Driver

Location: Clackamas, OR Pay: $16.50/hour + Frequent Overtime Schedule: Full-Time | Friday–Tuesday, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM Hours: 40+ per week

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Assistant Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping client spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include:

Perform cleaning duties using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures

Tasks include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Use appropriate PPE when required

Respond to customer complaints and requests professionally and promptly

Open/lock facilities and enable/disable security systems as needed

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus

Experience in a janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is helpful but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Positive attitude, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must pass a drug screening
