Starting salary is between $55,000 and $70,000 + Per File Bonus + Competitive Origination Self-Gen Commission Structure + Benefits. Responsibilities: • Work with executive business owners to coordinate communications related to real estate financing • Act as liaison between the brokerage and the lending partners • Facilitate timely and accurate communications to agents, lenders, and customers • Prepares all application packages with complete and proper documentation for lenders – utilizing the IntroTech B2C and B2B technology platform • Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting IntroLend™ in achieving its goals while also looking out for the brokerages’ best interests as a whole • Take ownership and proactively drive resolution to any customer or product issues • Provide a positive and proactive escalation management techniques and effectively communicate ongoing status of issues to key stakeholders • Drive and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Promote the IntroLend™ platform to all agents within the firm – and associated retail lenders / wholesalers • Provide accurate and timely reporting • Act as single point of contact – on occasion available after hours for customer emergencies Qualifications: • Desired experience and knowledge of the real estate/lending industry • Expertise in service delivery or account management in a post and presales environment • Proven experience in developing relationships at senior levels within large organizations • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Demonstrated program/project management ability to drive business outcomes • Must have strong formal presentation and effective communication skills • Proficient with Word and Outlook – good to have general technological comfort • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues • Strong phone, verbal and email communication skills along with active listening • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
