    Title: Client Support Specialist

    Reports to: President and Executive Vice President

    Position Description:

    Under the direct supervision of the President, Executive Vice President, and Support Specialist Manager, this position assists our Administrative Team with a variety of administrative and clerical support and provides direct assistance to the President and Executive Vice President.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assist in PowerPoint presentation processes for clients.
    • Maintain Excel spreadsheets for client audits and contracts.
    • Assist other staff in creating Request for Proposals (RFP).
    • Work with the administrative assistants in processing International Rx invoices.
    • Monitor Staff cell phones, i.e., who needs an upgrade, shop best deal, and order.
    • Responsible for setting up conference room for meetings (brokers, clients, and visitors).
    • Printing/binding presentations.
    • General research on a needed office product, etc.
    • Answer phones.
    • Additional duties as assigned by the manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Five years of work experience in a professional office environment.
    • Detail-oriented, with superior organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good with numbers.
    • Must be able to multitask.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
    • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Word and will quickly adapt to Company technology.
    • Reliable, flexible, and able to manage a fast-paced environment.
    • Team Player.
    • Open to learning new tasks/projects, leading to advanced positions.

    The PBIRx office is located in a Corporate Office in Milford, CT.
