Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Intumescent Coating Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for intumescent coating projects.

• This includes analyzing project specifications, collaborating with the sales and project management teams, and ensuring all estimates meet company standards and client requirements.

• Daily tasks will involve reviewing project documentation, conducting job walks and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and material costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis

• Knowledge and understanding of intumescent coatings and applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with estimating software and tools

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the construction or coatings industry is a plus

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
