Robbie built a team of entrepreneurial thinkers who brought a new option to life: Intus Care.Intus Care is a web app that makes data work smarter for PACE organizations. It identifies patients at high risk for a costly event, such as a hospitalization, and suggests appropriate clinical interventions. It also forecasts spending and speeds up reporting critical to successful program operations. The result: better care outcomes, optimized spend.We launched our MVP. Now, we’re preparing for rapid growth as we introduce new capabilities and expand to other long-term care markets.About this Role:The main focus will be to research links between platform adoption and clinical outcomes. For compelling results, you will build proposals on potential white paper and case studies ideas and present them to leadership. You will have access to cutting edge software, connect with healthcare decsion makers, and work on meaningful project to facilitate growth.As a Research Analyst Intern, your daily responsibilities may include:Research the link between product adoption and clinical outcomes.Identify areas to build out compelling white papers and case studies for external marketing purposes. Run comparative analysis on health plan alternatives for similar populations.Look at past data to track outcomes and identify trends in usage and outcomesBe creative in looking at data and formulating proposals Conduct root cause analysis through quantitative/qualitative research to identify what is leading to the identified successful outcomes.Create report templates and experiment templates for ongoing metric creation and analysis.This is the perfect internship for someone who:Interested in HealthcareExcited for growth opportunitiesAnalytical skillsInterested in turning data into informationAn eye for detailSelf-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
