    What You’ll Own

    • Lead clearance inventory transfer strategies across stores and distribution centers
    • Optimize aged, discounted, and at-risk inventory across channels and banners
    • Partner with store teams to enhance inventory movement execution and performance
    • Support open-to-buy discussions, inventory risk assessments, and opportunity planning
    • Lead ad hoc inventory initiatives including job-outs and off-price liquidation channels
    • Maintain by-store capacity inventory plans to support sales, margin, and turn goals
    • Develop reporting and performance insights to support inventory decision-making
    • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with merchandising, supply chain, and store operations

    What Makes You a Strong Fit

    • 1–3 years of retail, inventory, merchandising, or analytical experience
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar BI/reporting tools)
    • SQL and/or Python knowledge preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
    • Strong understanding of inventory productivity, sell-through, and margin drivers
  • Compensation
    $90,000-$115,000 per year
