In this role, you’ll track, organize, and distribute resources that keep our developers, engineers, and business teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming office and technical supplies
Maintain accurate records in the inventory system
Distribute laptops, headsets, and other hardware to employees as needed
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with re-orders
Support IT and operations with hardware requests and returns
Assist with audits and inspections of company assets
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, inventory tracking software)
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Previous experience in inventory, office supply, or asset management a plus
Team-oriented with good communication skills

Schedule Options:
Full-Time: Standard 8-hour shifts
Part-Time: Flexible 4–6 hour shifts
