About the Role:

Semm Kipling LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team in Littleton, CO! Responsibilities:

Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy

Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records using tracking systems

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits

Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages

Assist with stocking, labeling, and organizing warehouse or storage areas

Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure proper stock levels

Support shipping and receiving processes as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Ability to operate inventory management software or willingness to learn

Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving stock

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Basic math skills and proficiency with computers or handheld scanners
