    Abacus is looking for an Inventory Operations Manager in the Dallas- Fort Worth, TX area.

    Overview

    The Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory-related activities in the DC to ensure accurate records and efficient inventory operations. This role plays a critical part in developing an accurate and accountable work environment managing the cycle count and replenishment teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure inventory accuracy through system controls, audits, and collaboration amongst operations while overseeing cycle count, reconciliation, and physical inventory functions.
    • Monitor and track inventory transactions using WMS (receipts, movements, transfers, shipments, returns), Provide root cause analysis for variances and recommend corrective actions.
    • Develop and manage replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels in pick locations and ensure 100% order fulfilment within the cut-off window.
    • Analyze demand, historical sales, seasonality and promotions to efficiently slot SKUs in pick locations to optimize pick path / mission time and replenishment frequency.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, FLA, WRAP).
    • Develop, supervise and lead multiple cross-functional teams within the operation.
    • Manage data integrity in warehouse management system (WMS); configurations and basic setup.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control and replenishment procedures and best practices.
    • Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems.
    • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
    • Bi-lingual preferred

    $75,000 per year
