A global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory operations at their 250,000 sq. ft. (+) manufacturing facility.  This role needs an inventory leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys improving process flow, warehouse layout, and overall inventory accuracy.

• Anticipate $85K-$95K (+), based on experience

• M-F, 8-5 (some flexibility on start/end time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of inventory control for raw materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods.
• Oversee cycle counting, reconciliation, adjustments, and history tracking.
• Supervise a team and drive process improvements in layout, planning, and flow design.
• Partner cross-functionally to validate processes, review work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing inventory/warehouse management; supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP, Excel, Barcode Scanning
• Strong analytical/communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, work in warehouse conditions
