Job Summary
As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our vehicle parts inventory up to date and accurate. You’ll be responsible for entering vehicle parts into our system, tracking them throughout their lifecycle, and facilitating intercompany sales when possible. Your attention to detail will ensure inventory is always accurate, accessible, and aligned with sales and operational goals.
Responsibilities
Load new vehicle parts into inventory management systems promptly and accurately
Track vehicle parts movement across departments and locations, maintaining up-to-date records
Work with teams to identify opportunities for intercompany sales
Coordinate with other businesses to negotiate vehicle parts purchases and sales
Maintain inventory part status, flags, and internal notes to support real-time visibility
Ensure all paperwork related to incoming and outgoing vehicle parts are properly completed and filed
Assist in monthly inventory audits and reconciliations
Qualifications
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Experience with inventory or dealership management systems (preferred)
Basic understanding of vehicle types, models, and titles
Proficiency in spreadsheets and Google Drive
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and a collaborative team mindset
