Overview:
Healthy Birth Day, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention of stillbirth, is seeking a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
The Inventory Coordinator will oversee the fulfillment and distribution of key Count the Kicks tools such as printed educational materials, kick counting wrist bands, magnets, and other physical collateral. This role oversees the ** Count the Kicks** customer order process, aligning website and vendor orders with fulfillment and inventory. The skills required for this role are strong attention to detail, proficiency with digital tools, strong time management, customer service, and ability to perform within tight deadlines.
An ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who has juggled multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintained professionalism, and can recommend process improvements and adapt to changes introduced by others.

Education and Experience:
Travel : Not expected outside of the Des Moines metro area, aside from an annual trip to fulfillment partner location in Waterloo.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
